All prices are per person and day, including half board. Not included in the price is the local tax of 3.50 € per person (from 14 years) and day.

- Single room supplement: depending on season
- Full board: 35.00 € per person / day
- Dog fee: 15.00 - 35.00 € per day/ no board
- Half board: There is no discount for meals not taken and other services.
- Children from 0 to 15 years: For bed & breakfast discount of € 10.00 on discounted half-board prices for children.

You are also welcome to arrive earlier and use our infrastructure.
Check-out: until 10:30 a.m.
You are also welcome to stay at the hotel until the evening and use the entire infrastructure free of charge.
Non-smoking hotel
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Thanks for your understanding.
Parking
Free parking in front of or behind the hotel. We are also happy to provide you with an underground parking space (12.00 €/day).

Deposit
In order to make a room reservation, we ask you to transfer 1/3 of the room price as confirmatory deposit.
Travel cancellation insurance
Does this sound familiar? Shortly before the planned departure for the long-awaited holiday, one of the kids suddenly gets sick, the car breaks down or other unforeseen things happen. To be on the safe side in such cases, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance (at very favourable conditions), so the costs are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection codex - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- In case of cancellation up to 45 days before arrival 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation 44 to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation 29 to 20 days before arrival, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation 19 to 15 days before arrival the whole amount of the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations up to ≤14 days before the planned arrival and in case of late arrival or early departure all booked days will be charged.
- There is no discount for meals and other services not taken.
- In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged.
With the transfer of the booking deposit you accept the general booking conditions as well as the cancellation policy.
